Vaal Dam Waterfront, Gauteng

A joint venture development of 90 sectional title homes and apartments on the Vaal Dam, directly adjacent to Bayshore Marina. Greg Pilling was responsible for the financial management and operational oversight of the project during the development phase.

The original development delivered a Mediterranean-inspired residential estate with expansive lawns, over 500 metres of beach frontage on the Vaal Dam, swimming pool, tennis court, and a landscaped lake running through the grounds. The estate has further evolved after the initial development was completed.
