An 8-hectare waterfront asset owner developed from inception. Bayshore Marina is the country’s largest inland full-service marina, built through the consolidation of multiple waterfront stands into a single, prime mixed-use site.

The development includes a fuel station, a retail component, boat sales and workshop facilities, full-service walk-on moorings, boat lockers, a restaurant, lettable residential apartments, caravan and camping facilities, private beach and direct water access. Multiple phases of redevelopment have been completed over the life of the asset.

Zonings have been secured for substantial further development of the site.
