A development within an exclusive residential estate in Johannesburg. We subdivided the original property to create three stands, sold one as a serviced plot, built a new residence on the second, and transformed the site’s original stone hunting lodge into a refined, high-end home. A project that demanded sensitivity to its surroundings and precision in execution.
